Returns

We really hope you are 100% satisfied with your order from edit58, however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item.

Is my purchase eligible for return?

All purchases, with the exception of those listed below are eligible for a full refund (excluding original postage cost) if a return request is made, and the item/s are safely returned to edit58 HQ within 14 days of receipt of delivery. 

a) rugs

b) personalised baskets/hats and

c) Papier-mache letters

d) sale items/seconds  

The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note: all returns received from overseas will have the import duties/fees which are applied by UK customs, deducted from the refund amount. We cannot confirm in advance what the duties will be. 

How do I return my purchase?

Please email lisa@edit58.com to request a return, quoting your original order number and reason for the return.

The return address will be emailed to you. Please then pack and return your item in its original unused condition to the address provided. 

When posting your item back, we recommend you obtain proof of postage of your return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

The direct cost of returning the goods is the customers responsibility unless otherwise agreed in advance. This includes all items returned from overseas, and all import and customs duties applied to packages returned from overseas.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued on items where the request to return is made after 14 days of receipt of delivery. 

Upon receiving your returned item safely we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost (and any import duties applied to returns from overseas). 

Can I exchange my purchase?

You are able to exchange your item for an alternative, although only after we have safely received your returned item back, and unfortunately we have to charge for the delivery of an alternative item.

Please note: rugs, personalised items, papier-mache letters and sale goods/seconds are not eligible for exchange.

My purchase is faulty, what now?

Every order is lovingly checked at edit58 HQ before it is packed and shipped to you. We take pride in ensuring your purchase reaches you in perfect condition, but on rare occasions items may become damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact us immediately at lisa@edit58.com so we can help rectify the situation.
