How long after placing my order will my item be dispatched?
Upon placing an order with edit58 you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be dispatched within 2-5 working days
Some items available at edit58.com have a longer dispatch time. If this is the case it will be clearly detailed in the product description. This applies to Personalised Baskets, Paper Flowers, Papier-mache items and some rugs. Please see below for more details.
Please note that an order will be dispatched once ALL items in the order are ready
Orders for personalised embroidered items are submitted to our artisan on the 5th and 20th of each month (your order will go into the next submission date) and items are then delivered approx 3 weeks later.
Our papier-mache items also have a lead time of around 3 weeks.
Our Paper Flowers are handmade to order by Beam Irwin and take 12-14 working days to create and dispatch. They are dispatched directly by Beam from her workshop.
If you require your order by a certain date, please do get in touch BEFORE placing your order online, so we can liaise with the maker and confirm if your date is achievable
How much is delivery within the UK and how long does it take?
edit58 is pleased to offer FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £500. Free shipping will automatically be applied during the checkout process if your order exceeds £500
For orders under £500, edit58 offers a flat UK Standard Shipping Rate of £10, or £7 for orders under £50/small packages. DPD are our shipping partner of choice, and we use their UK Next Day following Dispatch delivery service - meaning your order will be delivered the next working day after dispatch. You will receive an automated edit58 dispatch email and DPD will be in touch directly by SMS/email to confirm your tracking ref, delivery day/time slot. At this point you can provide delivery preferences (leave with a neighbour/safe place/change date etc)
Please note: Shipping charges are applied during the checkout stage of your online order
Does edit58 deliver overseas?
Currently, edit58 does not provide overseas shipping as a delivery option online. If you would like to request an overseas shipping quotation, please contact lisa@edit58.com stating the overseas delivery address and items you would like to purchase
How will my order be packaged?
Every order is lovingly wrapped by hand at edit58 HQ. Wherever possible we aim to recycle packaging by reusing items available to us (boxes/bubble wrap etc) in a bid to minimize waste/our environmental footprint
